Data transparency
Coverage & data notes
VettedMapLeads has records available across all 50 states. Coverage means records are available from at least one connected source; it does not mean every business, industry, or contractor in a state is included.
What the records represent
The feed combines state and local business, contractor, certification, and licensing sources with public EPA Facility Registry Service records. Some state coverage relies on facility records marked with the EPA small-business indicator. Those entries are facilities, not contractor-verified business leads, and generally do not include phone or email. Records may be capped at 500 per connected source.
Examples of source-specific limits
- California: contractor license records; business phone may be published, email is not included in the checked extract.
- Minnesota: active contractor licenses and registrations; phone appears where published, and the checked export had no business emails.
- Illinois: Chicago-issued licenses for Illinois addresses, not a statewide registry; no phone or email.
- Missouri: newly issued alcohol licenses only; no phone or email. Check separate suspension/revocation notices.
- Virginia: contractor license records may include email; no phone in the connected source.
- Pennsylvania: business registration records omit contact fields and may include businesses that are no longer operating.
- EPA facility entries: facility-level records, not proof of contractor status or marketing need; no phone or email.
Refresh and contact details
Records refresh every 36 hours when a subscriber visits after the refresh window. Original source systems have their own update schedules, so a refresh does not guarantee that every source has new records. Phone, email, and other fields appear only when the source publishes them; missing contact fields are not inferred.
Using the data
Verify a business and the source record before outreach. Public availability does not by itself authorize any particular marketing use; comply with source terms and applicable outreach and privacy laws.
