This notice explains how VettedMapLeads uses information when you browse the website, subscribe, contact support or publish a Business Spotlight profile.

Information we use

• Subscription email, subscription reference, payment status and billing-event details needed to verify and manage access.
• Messages and reply details you provide through the contact form.
• Business profile information and logos you choose to submit. Profiles marked for publication may be shown publicly while eligible.
• Essential session cookies and limited request information used for sign-in, security and service operation.

Payments and service providers

PayPal processes payments. VettedMapLeads does not collect or store full payment-card numbers. The public website is hosted using GitHub Pages; the account and payment service uses hosted server and database infrastructure. Web3Forms handles contact-form submissions. When email-code sign-in is enabled, the configured email-delivery provider, Resend, delivers the sign-in message.

Subscriber access and cookies

Essential cookies keep your browser signed in. Email sign-in codes, when enabled, expire and are limited to one use. Do not share codes, subscription references or session access. You can clear cookies or sign out; clearing them may require signing in again.

Public business records

The lead portal uses public registry and facility information. Its sources, scope and update methods are described on the coverage page. Public records can change; contact us to report an inaccurate record.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain information needed to provide the service, maintain billing records and handle support or security issues. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for billing, security or other applicable obligations. Deleting a VettedMapLeads record does not delete the original source registry record.
